The altitude room
The altitude room represents the ultimate high-end solution for your home.
It transforms your normal bedroom into a personal base camp for long-term altitude acclimatization.
For everyone who wants to use altitude not just occasionally, but to establish it as a permanent part of their performance and health strategy.
How the altitude room works
The installation is highly efficient, as the powerful compressor is placed silently in an adjacent room, in the basement, or in the garage and is connected to the room only via a discreet wall opening, while precise control is handled conveniently via an app.
No additional sealing is required, as a slight loss of air is intentional.
Investment costs
The investment in your personal altitude room depends on the room volume: Compact solutions up to 15 m³ start at CHF 6,990, medium rooms up to 23.5 m³ are CHF 8,490, and spacious bedrooms up to 40 m³ are CHF 16,900. Each includes 3 months of expert support worth CHF 1,350.
The hypoxic dose is crucial
Crucial for success is the cumulative hypoxic dose – meaning the number of hours multiplied by the altitude.
A daily stay of 50% (12 out of 24 hours) would be ideal; therefore, it is recommended to set up the room so that you can also work there.
Installation
Installation is incredibly simple and utilizes existing structures: Your room only needs to meet common building standards and have a standard power connection (220V/6A). The altitude generator (approx. 55 dB) is placed in a space-saving manner up to 10 meters away – for example, in the garage or laundry room – and connected to your training room via a discreet 1-inch bore. This way, you can transform any office or bedroom into a highly efficient climate zone for your health and performance enhancement without major construction effort.

It fits into almost any large room or garage. With a little creativity, a bed can also be integrated.
Powerful generator
The heart of the system simulates altitude air of up to 4,500 m above sea level.
The desired altitude can be adjusted continuously and precisely to personal goals.
Smart sensors & app control
An integrated altitude and oxygen sensor permanently monitors the air composition in the room.
The system is controlled entirely digitally via the mobile app.
Remote function
Conveniently switch on your altitude office remotely.
By the time you sit down at your desk, the office has already reached the desired altitude climate.
Make double use of your working hours

This video explains sleeping at altitude using an altitude room:
Practical example from my own training
I personally have been using such a room for two years and prepare for events, for example, with a dose of 720 km/h – meaning 30 days at 8 hours at 3,000 m – to push my hemoglobin value to approx. 15.8 g/dl.
I also combine this setup with heat training.

If you treat yourself to this investment, you should consider the following
Natural biological doping
Sleeping in artificial altitude acts like natural biological doping, as the moderate lack of oxygen stimulates the release of the body's own EPO.
This increases the production of red blood cells and massively improves oxygen transport to your organs and muscles.
More than just performance
In addition to the classic performance effect, you benefit from optimized cell metabolism through the strengthening of your mitochondria, improved tissue capillarization, and increased insulin sensitivity.
The basal metabolic rate also increases, which effectively supports fat burning.
More economical cardiovascular system
In the long term, this adaptation leads to a more economical cardiovascular system with a lower resting heart rate and blood pressure.
Regeneration & Anti-Aging
This not only accelerates your athletic recovery, but also acts as a powerful anti-aging factor for your general vitality.
