Which altitude tent is right for me?
To ensure we get the most out of your altitude training, we need to choose the right setup and prepare your body optimally. We offer two tent sizes, depending on how you want to design your training.
1. The standard tent (sleeping tent)
Focus: Compact and optimized for one person to sleep and recover.
Volume & Thermal Properties: With a volume of 4.3 m³, it is ideal for smaller bedrooms or spaces. Note: Due to the smaller volume, it can get noticeably warmer inside the tent during summer.
Training: Active training inside the tent itself is not possible due to its size. You can complete intensive altitude sessions highly efficiently using the included integrated mask system.
2. The large training tent
Focus: The all-in-one solution for maximum flexibility. With a generous volume of 10 m³, it offers enough space to set up your home trainer (smart trainer/bike) directly inside the tent. You can both sleep and train directly in the high-altitude air.
Your clear advantages at a glance:
o Precise control instead of guesswork: The altitude in the tent is permanently and precisely regulated via a highly sensitive sensor. You always train and sleep exactly at your target altitude.
o Optimal indoor climate: Thanks to the large volume of 10 m³, heat builds up significantly less than in the small tent—for noticeably higher sleeping and training comfort.
o Space for two people: The dimensions easily allow two people to sleep or a combination of one person sleeping and one piece of training equipment.
o Full standing height & multi-use: You can comfortably stand inside the tent. This also makes it perfect for doing office work at altitude during the day.
o The key to success (acclimatization): For optimal and sustainable adaptation to artificial altitude, 12 hours per 24 hours in the tent is ideal. The large tent makes it easy to achieve this time requirement in everyday life through the combination of sleeping, training, and office work.
